Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital download that you get straight away. This page explains your rights, in plain English.
Your right to cancel
When you buy online in the UK you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this before paying (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
At checkout you tick a box asking for your download straight away and confirming you understand you lose the right to cancel once you start downloading. So:
- Not downloaded yet? You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Email us.
- Started downloading? We can't offer a refund for a change of mind.
Faulty files
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file won't open, has pages missing or is not what we described, tell us and we'll send a fixed file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full or in part. This applies whether or not you've downloaded it.
Non-UK orders
We only sell to customers in the UK. If a paid order comes from a billing address outside the UK, its confirmation email has no download links, and we refund it in full, usually within 2 working days. Free resources are open to everyone.
How to ask for a refund
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email address you ordered with and your order number. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take 5 to 10 days to arrive.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
